Ingredients

  • 6 codfish fillets
  • 3 5/16 tablespoons almonds
  • 3 7/8 tablespoons walnuts
  • 10 chive strands
  • 5 parsley stems
  • 4 15/16 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon
  • salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  • Remove the edges from the codfish fillets, place on a baking tray or pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Mix the almonds and walnuts, add chives and parsley. Add the butter, a squeeze of lemon, and a pinch of salt. Mix to get a thick paste.
  • Spread over the fillets and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with steamed green vegetables.
