Ingredients
- 6 codfish fillets
- 3 5/16 tablespoons almonds
- 3 7/8 tablespoons walnuts
- 10 chive strands
- 5 parsley stems
- 4 15/16 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon
- salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- Remove the edges from the codfish fillets, place on a baking tray or pan lined with parchment paper.
- Mix the almonds and walnuts, add chives and parsley. Add the butter, a squeeze of lemon, and a pinch of salt. Mix to get a thick paste.
- Spread over the fillets and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with steamed green vegetables.
