Ingredients
- 1 can sliced beets
- water to beet juice to make 1 c.
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except beets, in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; add beets.
- Turn of heat.
- Allow to stand overnight in refrigerator before serving.
