Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 c. buttermilk
Method
- Cream sugar and eggs.
- Add flour and buttermilk, a little at a time.
- Mix oil, coconut flavoring and coconut.
- Mix with a spoon. Pour in a Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
