Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Method
- Beat eggs at medium speed until thick and lemon colored.
- Add butter and next 4 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
