Ingredients
- 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 1//3 Cups Flaked Coconut
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Method
- In a large sauce pan, mix evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes or until thick. Add coconut and pecans.
- Beat until spreadable consistency.
