Ingredients
- 5 pork chops
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Salt and pepper chops and turn in flour.
- Turn lightly brown. Mix potatoes, onion and soup.
- Place in bottom of large casserole dish.
- Lay chops on top and cover.
- Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350°. Uncover last 15 minutes.
