Ingredients
- 4 or 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- water
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1 soup can milk
Method
- Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender; drain well. Mash coarsely with fork.
- Add celery soup, milk, butter to taste and salt and pepper to taste.
- Return to stove on medium heat until soup is heated through.
