Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 None egg yolk
- 1/4 cup blue curacao
- 1/4 cup Cognac
- None None starfruit, sliced, to garnish
- None None mint sprigs, to garnish
Method
- Put the coconut cream, egg yolk, Blue Curacao, Cognac and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve decorated with the starfruit and mint.
