Ingredients

  • 1 x (10- to 14-lb.) spiral-sliced, fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 x (6-oz) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. apricot jam
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cloves

Method

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside.
  • Bake ham for 30 min.
  • Pour honey-apricot mix over the top and continue to bake till ham is heated through, about 30 min to 1 hour longer, depending on weight.
  • (Internal temperature should register 140 degrees.)
