Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 16 oz Cool Whip
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 7 oz can coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 12 oz caramel ice cream topping
- 2 pie shells
Method
- Mix coconut, pecans and butter in skillet, cook until light brown.
- Set aside.
