Ingredients
- 4 pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 16 oz. sour cream
- white cake mix
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients.
- Let set together in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Bake white cake mix; cool.
- Split cake so you have 4 layers.
- Put coconut mixture between layers.
- Wrap in Saran Wrap, then foil.
- Let set in refrigerator for 3 days.
