Ingredients
- 1 yellow sheet cake, split in half longway
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
Method
- Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut.
- (This is the filling you spread between layers.)
- Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for icing. Spread filling between layers.
- Mix the 1 cup filling with 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and ice entire cake.
