Ingredients
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter or shortening
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, which have been beaten. Blend thoroughly.
- Add pecans to flour and mix well.
- Mix flour and butter.
- Knead dough until smooth.
- Form dough into rolls. Wrap in wax paper and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Slice thin and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° until done.
