Ingredients
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 oz.) biscuits (buttermilk flavored)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. shredded coconut
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°. Peel, core and slice apples.
- Cut apples in half.
- Combine apple slices, topping and flour in bowl. Spoon into a pie pan. Peel apart each biscuit into two thinner biscuits and place on top of apples. Drizzle butter over biscuits.
- Combine sugar and coconut.
- Sprinkle over biscuits and bake 30 minutes.
