Ingredients

  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (10 oz.) biscuits (buttermilk flavored)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. shredded coconut

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Peel, core and slice apples.
  • Cut apples in half.
  • Combine apple slices, topping and flour in bowl. Spoon into a pie pan. Peel apart each biscuit into two thinner biscuits and place on top of apples. Drizzle butter over biscuits.
  • Combine sugar and coconut.
  • Sprinkle over biscuits and bake 30 minutes.
