Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • bread

Method

  • Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and salt together.
  • Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  • Brown in broiler.
  • Put meatballs and all other ingredients in crock-pot and stir.
  • Heat on High until bubbles (approximately 15 minutes), then turn down, stirring occasionally.
