Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine first six ingredients, mixing well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls or smaller.
- Cook in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until light brown.
- Drain meatballs on paper towel.
