Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. broccoli flowerets
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. cooked rice
Method
- Boil chicken until cooked.
- Combine soup with half of the flowerets; add cream, salt and pepper. Heat.
- Dice chicken and add to soup mixture.
- Serve mixture over cooked rice.
