Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) carton cream
- 9 potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (12 ounce) bag cheese
- bacon
- salt and pepper
Method
- Pour a small amount of cream into the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Add sliced potatoes, then cheese, then onion and top with precooked bacon.
- Continue layering in this order until dish is filled.
- Cover and cook till tatos are done.
- You can add almost anything you like to this, chives, black olives, whatever you can think of will taste ok.
