Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) carton cream
  • 9 potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag cheese
  • bacon
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Pour a small amount of cream into the bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Add sliced potatoes, then cheese, then onion and top with precooked bacon.
  • Continue layering in this order until dish is filled.
  • Cover and cook till tatos are done.
  • You can add almost anything you like to this, chives, black olives, whatever you can think of will taste ok.
