Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) cans minced clams
- olive oil
- oregano
- garlic powder (or fresh)
- Italian seasoning
- ground red pepper
- spaghetti
Method
- Into a pot place 2 cans of clams with juice.
- Add to that 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
- While heating on low heat, add 2 tablespoons of oregano, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and garlic to taste (I like a lot!!).
- Add one pinch of ground red pepper.
