Ingredients

  • 2 large firm bananas
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • 6 oz. chocolate morsels
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. pecan pieces, finely chopped

Method

  • Peel bananas and cut them in half, crosswise.
  • Insert popsicle stick into each banana half.
  • Melt chocolate morsels in saucepan over low heat or put in microwave on High for 1 minute (the morsels will keep their shape until stirred).
  • Add milk to chocolate and stir until mixture is smooth.
  • Dip each banana in melted chocolate and roll it in pecans.
  • Place bananas on a plate covered with wax paper or plastic; freeze for 3 hours.
  • Makes 4 servings.
