Ingredients
- 2 large firm bananas
- 4 popsicle sticks
- 6 oz. chocolate morsels
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. pecan pieces, finely chopped
Method
- Peel bananas and cut them in half, crosswise.
- Insert popsicle stick into each banana half.
- Melt chocolate morsels in saucepan over low heat or put in microwave on High for 1 minute (the morsels will keep their shape until stirred).
- Add milk to chocolate and stir until mixture is smooth.
- Dip each banana in melted chocolate and roll it in pecans.
- Place bananas on a plate covered with wax paper or plastic; freeze for 3 hours.
- Makes 4 servings.
