Ingredients
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 cans minced clams (in water)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
Method
- Simmer clams in broth with lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- When hot, mix the rest of the ingredients together until it is somewhat thick (not too thick).
- Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
