Ingredients
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Doxsee minced clams
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 lb. grated Mozzarella
Method
- Combine the minced clams (with juice), Parmesan, bread crumbs and garlic powder.
- Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish; dot with butter.
- Top with grated Mozzarella.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
