Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Method
- In small saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon.
- Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk.
- Serve warm over crepes, pancakes or waffles.
- Makes 1 2/3 cups syrup.
