Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 2 whole Flour Tortilla
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix together your lemon juice and melted butter in a small bowl and set aside.
- In another small bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Lay out your tortillas on a flat baking sheet, and brush both sides of each with butter. Sprinkle your sugar mixture onto each side making sure to generously coat. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Allow chips to cool for a few minutes, then slice each into pieces. Enjoy!
