Ingredients
- 16 oz. applesauce
- 1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
- 1 (6 oz.) box red raspberry Jell-O
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
Method
- Bring the applesauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add both boxes of Jell-O.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add orange juice.
- Cool slightly.
- Add crushed pineapple and 7-Up.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a 13 x 2-inch casserole or mold.
- Top serving with mayonnaise or softened cream cheese.
