Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. butter (margarine)
  • 12 oz. miniature colored marshmallows
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • vanilla

Method

  • Melt chips and butter and cool.
  • Add marshmallows, nuts and vanilla and mix until all marshmallows are covered with the chocolate.
  • Sprinkle coconut on waxed paper.
  • Butter hands and put mixture on top of coconut and shape into roll, having coconut on the outside of roll.
  • Refrigerate until cold.
  • Makes about 3 rolls.
