Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3 large Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Dark corn syrup
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chunks
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Spray a 13x9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine flour and sugar.
- Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, syrup, melted butter and vanilla.
- Stir in chocolate and pecans.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in the refrigerator.
