Ingredients
- 16 c. quick oats
- 2 c. sunflower seeds or nuts
- 2 c. coconut
- 2 c. wheat germ
- 2 c. bran
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. honey
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- raisins
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Place oats, sunflower seeds or nuts, coconut, wheat germ and bran in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix all but raisins; bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- After baking, add raisins.
- Excellent sprinkled on ice cream or frozen yogurt.
- It's not just for breakfast at our house!
- A good source of fiber.
- Makes one gallon.
