Ingredients
- 4 c. white sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2/3 c. white corn syrup
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix sugar, sour cream, corn syrup, butter and salt; slowly bring to boil.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Cover and boil without stirring for 3 minutes to dissolve all sugar crystals. Uncover and boil on medium heat to 240°.
- Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes.
- Do not stir!
