- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. ground chuck or ground round, browned
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Method
- Cook in oven
- 30
- minutes, covered.
- Take off cover and cook 30 minutes longer.
- Take out of oven.
- Put 1 can Chinese noodles on top of casserole and bake 15 minutes longer.
