Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
- 2 lb. peas
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Fry bacon in pressure cooker.
- Pour off excess drippings.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover securely and place regulator on vent pipe.
- Cook 2 minutes, then cool pressure cooker at once.
- Thicken sauce, if desired.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
