Ingredients
- 34 cup long-grain rice
- 1 12 cups apple juice
- 1 cup chunky applesauce
- 14 cup raisins
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
Method
- In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except parsley.
- Bring to a boil and stir.
- Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Stir in parsley.
