- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. celery
- 2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chicken rice soup
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Brown meat with onion.
- Mix all ingredients into large casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Take out and sprinkle with 1 can of chow mein noodles.
- Return to oven for 1/2 hour.
