Ingredients
- 12 oz whip
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 6 oz. chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 2 Tablespoons Kahlua
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 2 layers Chocolate Cake
Method
- Beat whip and add 3 Tablespoons sugar until firm. Set aside.
- Beat the margarine and 2/3 cup sugar until light and creamy.
- Add egg yolks, Kahlua and melted chocolate.
- Beat egg whites adding 1/3 cup sugar, until stiff
- Fold chocolate cream into egg white mixture until smooth and creamy
- Compose trifle. Layer cake, chocolate cream and whip.
- Repeat one more time, ending with whip. Decorate with chocolate curls.
