Ingredients

  • 12 oz whip
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 Tablespoons Kahlua
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 layers Chocolate Cake

Method

  • Beat whip and add 3 Tablespoons sugar until firm. Set aside.
  • Beat the margarine and 2/3 cup sugar until light and creamy.
  • Add egg yolks, Kahlua and melted chocolate.
  • Beat egg whites adding 1/3 cup sugar, until stiff
  • Fold chocolate cream into egg white mixture until smooth and creamy
  • Compose trifle. Layer cake, chocolate cream and whip.
  • Repeat one more time, ending with whip. Decorate with chocolate curls.
