Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
- 48 miniature peanut butter cup candies
Method
- Cut cookie dough into 3/4-inch slices.
- Cut each slice into quarters.
- Roll quarters into balls.
- Place in ungreased miniature muffin cups.
- Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown. Remove wrappers from candies.
- Press into hot cookies.
- Loosen edges with knife.
- Chill in refrigerator until firm.
- Remove from muffin cups.
