Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant; 6 serving size)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
  • 2 1/2 c. milk (for chocolate pudding)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk (for vanilla pudding)
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 8 oz. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (10-inch) pie crust (graham cracker or regular)

Method

  • In one saucepan, combine chocolate pudding and 2 1/2 cups milk. In another saucepan, combine vanilla pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook both until they boil and thicken over medium heat. Stir peanut butter into vanilla pudding. Drop warm pudding into crust, alternating chocolate and peanut butter; swirl together. Chill completely. Serve with dollops of whipped cream.
