Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 80 round buttery crackers (I use Ritz)
  • 16 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate flavored candy coating
  • 2 (1 oz.) sq. vanilla flavored candy coating

Method

  • Spread about 1 teaspoon peanut butter on half of crackers. Top with remaining crackers.
  • Melt chocolate flavored candy coating in top of double boiler or you can melt a few squares at a time in microwave for about 2 minutes.
  • Dip sandwich crackers in coating, allowing excess to drain.
  • Place on wax paper to cool. Melt vanilla flavored candy coating just as you did the chocolate. Place mixture in a heavy duty zip-top plastic bag and seal. Using scissors, snip a tiny hole in end of bag.
  • Drizzle mixture on top of chocolate covered crackers.
