Ingredients
- 3 pkg. ladyfingers
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
- 6 eggs (2 whole and 4 yolks), beaten
- 1 tsp. rum (optional)
- 2 to 3 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Method
- Line 9-inch spring-form pan (sides first); fill in holes. Beat cream and confectioners sugar in bowl; set aside.
- Melt chocolate chips and add instant coffee; blend well.
- Add beaten eggs and yolks.
- Add rum and beat with electric beater.
- Fold chocolate mixture into cream mixture.
- Pour into pan and refrigerate.
