Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temp
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp 2% milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cup green mint chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325F
  • Sift together all dry ingredients into a medium bowl.
  • In another medium bowl cream together butter with both sugars.
  • Beat in vanilla, egg and milk.
  • Stir flour mix into wet mix until well combined.
  • Fold in both mint and white chocolate chips.
  • Chill dough for 30-60 minutes.
  • Place dough by tbl.
  • Onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • And press down lightly
  • Bake 14-16 minutes or until desired doneness.
  • Let stand a few minutes then transfer to wire rack for cooling.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Make about a dozen large sized cookies.
