Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
- several Oreo cookies
Method
- Mix flour, butter and pecans and spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350° and let cool.
- Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla and spread over first mixture.
- Mix pudding and milk and spread over second mixture.
- When ready to serve, spread on more whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies.
