Ingredients

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • several Oreo cookies

Method

  • Mix flour, butter and pecans and spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350° and let cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla and spread over first mixture.
  • Mix pudding and milk and spread over second mixture.
  • When ready to serve, spread on more whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies.
