Ingredients
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. white Karo
- 3 sq. melted chocolate
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
- Cook sugar, Karo and water with margarine until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
- Pour slowly over beaten egg whites.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Beat until thick enough to spread.
