Ingredients
- 3 c. Oreo cookie crumbs (20 crushed Oreo cookies)
- 2/3 c. melted oleo
- 1 1/2 bars German sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Mix chocolate, sugar, evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon oleo together.
- Cook until slightly thick.
- Cook ahead.
- Butter 2 x 13-inch pan well.
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted oleo and press in pan.
- Refrigerate for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spread 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream on top of cookie mix.
- Pour chocolate mix over ice cream.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Keep in freezer.
