Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Put into a microwave dish the first 3 ingredients.
- Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
- Beat.
- Add the vanilla and gradually stir in the confectioners sugar.
- Use wire whisk if hand mixing.
- If more milk is needed, add 1 teaspoon at a time.
- This will cover a two layer cake.
