Ingredients
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 13-oz. jar marshmallow cream
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 8 c. coconut or more
- melted chocolate
Method
- Melt syrup and marshmallow cream together.
- Add vanilla and coconut.
- Roll into balls and chill.
- Dip in melted chocolate.
