Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- dash of salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Bring corn syrup to a boil.
- Combine egg whites and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; continue to beat.
- Slowly add hot syrup; add vanilla.
- Continue beating until thick enough to spread.
