- 10-inch graham cracker crust, unbaked
- 3 extra large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. rum
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Mix everything, except pecans and bananas, in a bowl.
- Add pecans and bananas.
- Stir.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
