Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 5 cups Mini Marshmallows (or 40 Large)
  • 1/4 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cups Kahlua
  • 6 cups Rice Cereal
  • 3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with your Misto or lightly grease with butter and line with parchment paper.
  • In a large pot melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add in the marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove off of the heat and stir in the cocoa powder and Kahlua until completely incorporated. Add in the cereal and gently stir to coat.
  • Spoon the cereal mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips and press down with a scrap of parchment.
  • Let cool completely before removing and cutting into squares.
