Ingredients
- 2 Packages Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies in a roll
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 9x13" pan
Method
- Slice cookies 1/4 inch thick.
- (Hint: Freeze cookies before cutting with a serrated knife.)
- Place in greased pan till pan is covered using only one roll of cookies.
- Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and Large eggs.
- Spread over first layer of cookies.
- Cut second roll of cookies and place on top of cream cheese spread.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Cold in refrigerator for 2 hrs and then cut and serve cool.
