Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. Parkay soft margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. Baker's semi-sweet real chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl.
- Beat Parkay and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until fluffy.
- Blend in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture; beat until blended.
- Stir in chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool 2 minutes.
- Remove from cookie sheets.
- Cool on wire racks.
- Makes 5 dozen.
