- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
Method
- Cream margarine and sugars.
- Add eggs, vanilla, baking powder, flour and milk.
- Alternate flour and milk when adding.
- Stir remaining ingredients with a spoon and add to first mixture.
- Bake in greased and floured jelly roll pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
- Drizzle top with powdered sugar frosting.
